I went in to day to ask questions about gliders, strollers and car seats. I chose to drive to their Paramus location because I follow the company on IG and that looked like the biggest store with the most options to try out and see how we liked them. I was amazed at how awesome the customer service was. We asked a lot of questions and the owner directed us to the right options for our lifestyle and needs. They also weren't pushy about insisting we buy today, they allowed us to take down production information so we can compare our options. It was a class in baby needs. We will definitely be purchasing from them and look forward to going back for the rest of our baby furniture needs.

Absolutely horrible customer service with zero compassion for the babies who use their products. Don’t buy from them! They don’t resolve their issues!
